Fortune Favors the Bold! I bring great big balls of glory! The Captain's Log
"He is skillful in defence whose opponent does not know what to attack."

-Sun Tzu, The Art Of War

For me, I have been thinking about taking off to Indiana so bad. I really need the rest from what I've put in when it comes to my gym. My shin splints are acting up when it comes to my left leg, shoulders are sore, and my spirit needing to return to what's left of this tired body. In other words, I've been too poop'd to party.

Yeah, I'll be leaving tomorrow as that would signal my starting day off from my workouts. Love them but, sometimes, you've got to leave what's going on in the gym and just rest, rest well in a big bed with someone that wants to kiss you all over your body. How many have that? Besides a long hot bath, it's nice to just lay there and feel someone's tongue rediscovering the sensitivity of the human body. I'm athletic so I ache at night.

An hour and 19 minutes might not be a really long drive but it's a nice one due to how straight it is. The only turn is a right one onto a backroads route I like. Sara showed it to me since it helped cut a bit of time off (about 15 minutes). With some views of various farms, how could I say no? It's here I envy the pigs completely asleep in the sun or the horses enjoying the light wind instead of the sun's glare.

As I said before, I've got a mild case of shin splints. Never had them? It's where the bone hits the muscle located in, of all places, the shin. The constant pounding from running takes its toll and will make you feel like walking can be an impossible feat. Some people get them while others don't.

Pain is nothing new to me. I've had most of the skin torn off of both my hands, 2 layers to be exact, when I slid down a rope much too fast. Ever seen smoke come out of a pair of hands? That's what it looked like as I could swear I was on fire. My hands had to be wrapped immediately for fear of infection. Nothing stopped me during all this as I still took notes and did my daily things like nothing happened. So, shin splints are small.

What I'm trying to say is that I've always admired runners and how they can just seemingly go from one place to another with very little effort. Me? I'll be the guy huffing, puffing, and damn near passed out begging for an ice cream cone once we reach a business selling 'em. How do these people train so well for all this running? I've said that my friend, Cass, runs with the wolves and I mean that. She runs like mad in the woods at the drop of a hat.

Speaking of Cass, she has an awesome diary that I'll let a select few view if you ask nicely. What this girl does is pretty damn neat in helping our state preserve its forests, etc. I wish I was into the outdoors as much as her but, then again, Cass ran into some poison ivy and I saw the results. Hell, she put up lots of pictures of things to look at.

Now I'm gonna get mad. During my time spent monitoring a chat room for short periods of time, I found out that there is a seller of t-shirts with something I find highly offensive. No, it's nothing that involves the words "pussy," "dick," or even something that promotes bigotry. It's Columbine, baby.

T-shirts are being sold that contain images from the security cameras of the 2 kids killing others in the high school. I kid you not. These aren't drawings but real images put on t-shirts sold to high school students. Their defense is that some kids should retaliate with violence when put down like how the killers were said to have been bullied.

Interesting defense but I still find the t-shirts offensive. These aren't fake deaths like you'd find in a movie or book but real life. Why should someone profit? As much as I would almost make myself seem sympathetic to the killers, it's sad that no one put the bullies in their places. To have kids want to come in a school with guns shows a bit on how far they were broken. Sure, you'd have to be a bit loony to even think of that but being bullied makes you angry, even angry at the world.

In case you don't know what Columbine was, let's just say it was a high school where 2 kids that were considered outcasts decided to take matters into their own hands. By this, I mean bringing guns into the school and shooting students and teachers. Considering how the teachers ignored the kids being bullied, it was just a matter of time. What a bunch of idiots to go on TV and say, "How could we have known?" You rewarded the bullies' behavior, idiots.

Oh, and blame it all on Marilyn Manson? He's a better role model than most of our priests that don't have a problem with child molestation issues.

Ah, Indiana! A boy's thoughts turn to sex, sleep, kissing, a cat, and showers where another person is in there with you. Of course, I'll get the usual comment in Sara's wondering where my butt went thanks to all this running. It's still there, just a bit shrunk and harder than before. I kinda like my new more toned look even if my shorts, pants seem to fall more downward.

So, my advice for this weekend? Besides have lots of sex with your lover, go walk around the parks, see some DVDs (my favorites are Cemetary Man and ThinkingXXX but only the latter if you can handle a lot of nudity because pussies and cocks are fun to look at), and run around with your dogs. Having one will give you a need to stay fit as they can be so insisting on a walk everyday.

I'll leave you with this thought on ThinkingXXX. I know pornography may or may not be your cup of tea. It's not much in my head since I've seen much of it as an excuse to abuse the human body. ThinkingXXX just had me wondering when we'll ever be able to distinguish nudity from actual sex since the human body is supposed to be.........uh, beautiful, no? Why is it such a shame then for people to be comfortable with having sex on camera? Some of us learn our best oral sex techniques here. Happy twats all around.
